Come and meet Ireland’s leading IGTOA Golf Tour Operators & IGTOA business partners in a business-to-business networking workshop with a view to doing business in 2026 and beyond. This is an opportunity to meet over twenty tour operators and business partners in face-to-face meetings.

This year you can preschedule a maximum of 14 pre scheduled meetings. Meeting Scheduling will go live September 2025. There will be more opportunities to network with operators at Lunch, served in the South Bar and Restaurant, and at the Buffer Dinner that evening and over the course of the full weekend.

This year’s golf conference “Staying On Course” will examine some of the challenges and opportunities facing our golf tourism industry, with keynote speaker renowned economist Jim Power. Our discussion will include suggestions around how we might respond to the challenges and leverage the many opportunities and positive elements in our sector.In addition to Jim Power our conference this year will also hear from Ciaran Connolly of Belfast based AI and Digital Marketing Company, ProfileTree. Ciaran is an AI strategist and digital transformation expert helping SMEs and organisations implement artificial intelligence for competitive advantage and business growth.

IGTOA 2025 GOLF CLASSIC

Location: Palmer North Course, The K Club

Description: Take part in the Annual IGTOA Golf Classic, one of Ireland’s largest Golf Tourism Golfing Tournaments. Waterford Crystal Prize giving will take place during the Gala Golf Awards Drinks Reception. We are truly delighted this year to support Play in Pink, the golf fundraising arm of the National Breast Cancer Research Institute. There are over 220 Play in Pink days at golf clubs all around Ireland which raise funds for the charity - all monies raised go directly to fund research and are delivered directly to the charity. The motto is Play for Good and Play for Fun - so the day will have a lighthearted element but also be competitive and inclusive and we might even have some free pink gifts for participants on the day.

Attire:  Golfing Attire but ideally in Pink!

NON GOLFER DAY TOUR

Location: Meeting point in the reception of The K Club at 9.15am for a 09.30am departure..

The day begins with a visit to the Irish National Stud and Japanese Gardens in County Kildare, a unique destination where Ireland’s deep equestrian roots meet the calm beauty of early 20th century Japanese garden design. You’ll start with the Irish Racecourse Experience, a behind-the-scenes look at the world of thoroughbred racing. From the training yards to race day action, this private immersive tour reveals the passion and precision behind one of Ireland’s most iconic industries. Afterwards, you’ll explore the Japanese Gardens, created between 1906 and 1910 by master gardener Tassa Eida and his son Minoru. Representing the journey of life, these gardens are among the finest in Europe. Lunch will be served at Newbridge Silverware, where you can enjoy a delicious meal in the elegant Drawing room. In the afternoon, you’ll return to the K Club for a relaxed session in the golf simulator, a fun and informal way to end the day.
